What We Offer
All prices are direct — no platform booking fees. Every service includes regular photo updates and a free meet & greet for new clients.
A home away from home
Your dog stays in our cosy home with Mae, our gentle whippet. Two walks a day, sofa privileges, and daily photo updates included. We both work from home — so the house is never empty. Up to 24 hours; half-day rate applies after that.

Care in your own space
We come to stay in your home so your pet never has to leave their familiar environment. Ideal for cats or dogs who prefer their own territory. Up to 24 hours; additional dogs and cats accommodated.
£60 holiday rate
For the working pet parent
Drop your dog off on your way to work and pick them up in the evening. A full day of play, walks, and cuddles in a calm, loving home. Up to 8 hours; half-day rate applies after that.
£35 holiday rate
Quick check-ins with love
One-hour visits to your home for feeding, a toilet break, playtime, and a cuddle. Great for cats and dogs who are fine at home but need some company. Priced per pet.
Door-to-door convenience
We collect your pet from your home and return them at the end of their stay. Covers a round trip within the local Reading area. Can be combined with any boarding or day care booking.
House Sitting — additional pets: +£42/day per extra dog (holiday: +£47), +£30/day per cat (holiday: +£33). Cats: Drop-in visits and house sitting available. All bookings require a free meet & greet first.


Meet the Pack
We're Chenyan and Suki — two animal lovers who share a calm, welcoming home in Reading with our whippet girl, Mae. We both work from home, so your pet is never left alone. Between the two of us, there's always someone around to give cuddles, go for a walk, or simply sit quietly together.
Chenyan has been around dogs and cats for over 10 years and has raised two dogs from tiny pups. Mae, our gentle, emotionally steady whippet, has become a wonderful companion for visiting dogs, and you can follow her daily adventures on Instagram @mae_s_little_pack.
We live just a few minutes' walk from two lovely valley parks with streams, woodland, and open meadows — all within the community, no busy roads. Before any booking, we always arrange a free meet & greet to make sure your pet feels safe and happy here.

2026 Holiday Periods
How Holiday Rates Apply
The holiday rate replaces the standard rate for every day that falls within a holiday period. Standard rates apply to all other days in the same booking.
Example: a boarding booking from 2–6 May 2026 would be charged at the holiday rate for 2–4 May (3 nights) and the standard rate for 5–6 May (2 nights).
Example: a day care booking on 24 May 2026 would be charged at £35 (holiday rate) rather than £30.
How It Works
A free, no-obligation meet & greet is required for all new clients before the first booking. This ensures your pet feels safe and happy with us before any stay begins.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 48 hours before the service begins.
7+ days before: full refund minus deposit. 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: no refund. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
If you collect your pet early, the full booking amount remains due. We plan our days around confirmed bookings and cannot absorb last-minute changes.
All pets must be fully vaccinated, wormed, and flea-treated. Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or behavioural notes at the time of booking.
We are happy to administer oral medications and topical treatments. Please bring clear written instructions and all necessary supplies. We cannot administer injections.
Enough food for the stay, a harness/collar, lead, and any medications. Familiar items (blankets, toys) are very welcome and help your pet settle in.
In a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately. If unreachable within 30 minutes, your pet will be taken to the nearest vet. All veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.
We reserve the right to end a booking early if a pet displays aggression that poses a risk to people or other animals. The owner will be contacted to collect immediately; no refund will be issued.
Please provide an emergency contact. If we cannot reach you or your emergency contact during a welfare concern, we will act in the best interest of your pet and seek veterinary advice.
